Add your first property
Create the property record that connects your bookings, guests, and compliance work.
Start by adding the accommodation you manage. EazyAL uses this property record across guest check-in, SIBA/AIMA, INE, and tourist tax.
Add the property
- Sign in to EazyAL and open the main dashboard.
- Choose Add Property from the sidebar.
- Enter the accommodation name, address, RNAL details, and the other required information.
- Review the details and save the property.
Use the same official property details shown in your registration documents. This avoids mismatches when you configure compliance services.
What to do next
- Connect your Airbnb or Booking.com calendar.
- Add the credentials required for SIBA/AIMA or INE.
- Copy the property’s guest check-in link for scheduled guest messages.
